Daughter of Samuel Cotton Dickinson and Nancy Jane Green Dickinson.

She came to the Verde Valley as a child with her family from Missouri by covered wagon in 1875.

Married to William Berryman Back on December 23, 1878.

Marjorie and her husband purchased Montezuma Well ranch for the price of two horses. (Montezuma Well National Monument)
